jewelry, furs, silverware, cameras, computers, musical instruments,
antiques, artwork, collectibles, and firearms. Would you like to add
special coverage for any of these types of property? If you have this coverage

2. Do you employ anyone at your apartment?
3. Are you paid for baby-sitting or do you operate a day care?
4. Do you operate a business from your apartment or do you have
business contents in your apartment?
5. Do you rent any part of your apartment to anyone?
6. Do you own or do you ever rent a recreational vehicle such as a
snowmobile, motorcycle, dirt bike, moped, ATV or golf cart?
7. Do you own or rent an aircraft?
8. Do you own a boat?
9. Is your basement susceptible to flooding or back up of sewers or
drains?
10. Do you own any real estate not currently insured with Baldwin
Insurance?
11. Do you own any livestock or do any farming?
12. Is food spoilage caused by power outage a concern for you?
13. Do you have any roomers or boarders at your home?
14. Is your apartment equiped with a central station burglar or fire alarm?
15. Would you like to add coverage for Personal Injury (e.g. libel or
slander)?
16. Have you looked at your policy lately? Do you feel that the
coverage limits are adequate for your needs? We suggest you look at
